Much like our pricing model, Aerotas project turnaround time is based on project size, product, and feature complexity. However, the majority of our projects have a 5 day standard turnaround time.
Standard vs. Rush Processing
Aerotas offers two levels of processing speed on most projects, standard, and rush. Turnaround category only changes the delivery date, it does not impact overall data quality or deliverable contents.
Standard - Choose standard when your project timeline is more relaxed and you want the most cost effective pricing. Standard projects are predictably delivered on their prescribed due date, so you can reliably plan ahead.
Rush - Choose rush when you are on a tight deadline and need your deliverables faster than the standard turnaround time. Rush projects are allocated more immediate human and technological resources to complete your project as soon as possible, and therefore cost more. Our rush project turnaround times are on an "or sooner" basis. We'll deliver your project in the quoted turnaround time or sooner. Depending on your project size, we can deliver as soon as next-day.
All projects are unique and all fall into their own specific standard and rush turnaround time buckets. If applicable, Aerotas will offer a Standard, and Rush turnaround time to you at the time of quoting for your selected product.
Aerotas typically does not offer rush on a client's first project. This is to avoid over promising while we get a baseline for your data collection methods and course correct for future project optimization.
