New Product: ALTA/NSPS Standards
Aerotas is excited to announce a new product focused exclusively on the requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys.
For years, Aerotas has been delivering linework that surveyors use as a part of ALTA surveys. However, we recognize that it can take substantial effort to go from our standard linework deliverable to a completed ALTA survey. This product aims to get you as close as possible to an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey with the data a drone can collect.
ALTA standards dictate a very specific set of requirements. Our new product option aligns perfectly with the requirements for ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and allows surveyors to add “Table A” options when necessary.
While the drone cannot check all the boxes for an ALTA survey, we can get you closer with our improved CAD layers, along with additional modifications and improvements to our drafting and marking methodology. Aerotas implemented all of these changes to get you closer to a finished ALTA survey with less work. These additions should tip the scales of any cost comparison and allow you to put the drone in the air on more ALTA surveys.
The Aerotas ALTA/NSPS Standards product is not a completed ALTA survey, and it does not, by itself, meet the minimum standard detail requirements for an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey. A complete ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey requires data gathered by a licensed land surveyor physically on the property. However, this product provides all of the information that can be collected by a drone in compliance with the ALTA/NSPS Standards. Please reference the ALTA/NSPS standards for more details.
